Gran Cuvée Celio
Sparkling wine, Charmat brut method
It comes from the balanced taste of various varieties of prized white grapes grown in the best areas.
Vinification strictly off-the-skins, with immediate separation of the solid parts, cleaning the must at a low temperature and fermentation controlled with selected yeasts, followed by the second fermentation to bring out and balance the fragrances of the wine and yeast.
It has a fine, persistent perlage, in dense fountains of pinpoint bubbles, the straw-yellow colour with delicate greenish reflexions and a characteristic aroma, slightly yeasty. The flavour is dry and delicate, acidulate in generous harmony.
It must be served cool (6-7° C), uncorked when serving and kept in an ice bucket. Also available in MAGNUM bottle (with or without its carton case).

Obtained from wine fermentation. White vinegar is more suited for preparing fish, crustaceans and fine sauces, leaving no colour; red vinegar brings out the flavour of particularly insipid or excessively flavourful food (such as mutton). Both are classics as a condiment.

It comes from the Treviso grapes grown on the hills and the bordering Treviso plain, an area where everything has the aroma of wine and good flavours, where wine culture is centuries old and has designed the countryside and soul of the people, transforming this area into one of the most enchanting places in Italy for wines, now known around the world. This wine preserves the culture of an entire territory, deeply influencing the very lives of the lands it comes from. A product known worldwide for its versatility and fruited lightness. Originated from Glera grapes with the Sylvoz system. Obtained for strictly off-the-skins vinification, refrigeration and cleaning the must, fermentation and preservation of the still amabile wine. This is done to keep the typical fruity aroma in this sparkling wine, which otherwise would disappear. Characterised by a subtle persistent perlage and a characteristic straw-yellow bright colour. It has a fresh, harmonic flavour. It should be served cool (6-7°C), uncorked right before drinking, even served in a carafe.
