A preparation in a vegetable base but with an intense aroma of meat that makes it suitable for all uses in cooking, as a flavouring and for direct preparation.
Prepared for broth in pasta, with a high amount of beef extract. Balanced in aroma and flavours, yellow in colour, clear and intense, with fine “eyes” evenly distributed on the surface.
Clear and transparent, with scarce “bubbles”. It has a penetrating taste of vegetables that make it ideal for flavouring or for preparing soups, roasts and risotto.
An instant granular preparation, 3% meat extract. Golden colour, with dense but small “bubbles”. Meat well harmonised with the vegetables. Excellent as a flavouring or in consommés.
