“VENERE” BLACK RICE
It is a whole-grain rice, with a brilliant black colour. Excellent from the nutritional point of view and ideal for enriching any dish, whether for flavour or aspect. To be eaten cold or warm, for preparing salads, first courses, side dishes.

PARBOILED RIBE RICE
Rice with large, evident translucent, yellowish grains subjected to steam pre-cooking (called parboiling) followed by quick drying. This process gels the starch that gives the rice its particular amber colour. It is a richer rice from the nourishment point of view that maintains cooking excellently, lending well for preparing boiled rice, salads, side dishes.
